This version introduces Flow blockchain support and addresses some existing issues.

### Features

* Flow Support: Integrated support for Flow blockchain into ChainIDE. ChainIDE now supports the viewing, deployment, invocation, and interaction of Flow smart contracts and has integrated Flow-CLI and NPM terminal.
* Flatten Plug-in for EVM Chains: The Flatten plug-in has been added to the EVM series of public blockchains, which supports converting multiple contract files into a single contract file for easy verification.
* Breakpoint Functionality: Added editor breakpoint functionality.
