This version introduces a new feature, ChainIDE Code Sage, an AI code assistant, and addresses some existing issues.

## Features

* ChainIDE Code Sage, an AI code assistant plug-in, has been integrated into ChainIDE. Users can use Code Sage to remove comments from the code, add comments to the code, get optimization suggestions, and find bugs and vulnerabilities in their source code. 

## Fixed Issues

* Fixed user permission issues.
* Fixed page interaction issues.
